opportunity to make a gift for a special family member, friend or teacher.
What you'll need:
Collage
materials such as doilies, sequins, glitter and puff balls
Large pieces of
construction paper, picture frames or a plant pot
Pink, red and
white construction paper
Children's
scissors
Non-toxic,
washable glue
What to do:
Based on
available materials, decide if your child is going to decorate a picture frame
or plant pot or make a collage card.
Help your child
decide whom the gift will be given to.
Invite your
child to use all available materials to decorate the item.
Encourage your
child's efforts and ideas.
Let your child
deliver the gift in person, if possible.
