Recruitment Process
Step 1: Interviews
- Applicants must apply online at www.forteseducation.com/careers “Interview Checklist” below.
- Shortlisted applicants are interviewed via SKYPE or via a face-to-face interview at venues to be advised in the UAE or overseas.
- After a successful interview, applicants are moved to the “Priority Shortlist” and referees are contacted. Applicants are required to submit copies of their educational certificates at this stage.
- All applicants are notified on the status of their application normally within 30 days after the interview.
Step 2: Offer of Appointment

From the shortlisted applicant pool, the Nursery makes Offers of Appointment to the priority short-listed applicants.

Once an applicant has accepted and has sent her signed contract along with her original and attested educational certificates to the Nursery, the Nursery issues the prospective employee a “Teacher’s Orientation Handbook”.

The school and the incumbent employee stay in regular contact before the prospective employee’s start date. The prospective employee must submit his/her air-travel information (date/flight carrier/times etc), to the Nursery so that the Nursery can collect an overseas hired candidate from Dubai International Airport upon arrival to Dubai.

Staff are expected to report to duty before the academic term at the designated date and time which the Nursery will advise, for INSET.

It is suggested that prospective employee start attesting their educational certificates immediately after signing her Offer of Appointment. (Refer to the Attestation Procedure on www.jinspire.com).
Step 3: Securing a UAE Residence Visa
Upon initial employment, an employee is on a probation period as per her contract during which time the Nursery secures approvals from the various government departments. The Nursery obtains the UAE Work Permit &/or UAE Residence Visa, Ministry of Education on behalf of each employee, provided that the employee has lodged her original and attested educational certificates with supporting documents at the Nursery before joining.
Application for a UAE Residence Visa
Due to the procedures of the UAE government departments, (Ministry of Education, Ministry of Labour & Social Affairs Dubai Dept. of Immigration, Dubai Police, Dept of Health & Medical Services, Knowledge & Human Development Authority, Ministry of Foreign Affairs Emirates ID Center etc), the process of obtaining a UAE Residence Visa and/or Work Permit can take anywhere from 1 to 3 months. The process can be quicker if the employee provides the Nursery all documentation as per contract before joining.
RESIDENCE VISA
Upon the nursery’s receipt of all approvals from the various government departments, each employee must undergo a medical examination. Upon receipt of these approvals, the employee’s passport is forwarded to the Dubai Dept of Immigration for a residence visa stamp. The Immigration office will return the employee’s passport via courier to the Nursery with the UAE residence visa stamp.
